Over the Hill Basketball, Inc. is a Massachusetts non-profit organization dedicated to helping old men continue living out their dreams twice a week on Thursday nights and Sunday mornings.

All members shall:

(i) be forty (40) years of age or older;

(ii) have signed a liability waiver, the form of which shall be established from time to time by the Board of Directors;

(iii) be current in the payment of any dues, the amount of which shall be established from time to time by the Board of Directors.

The annual membership meeting of this organization shall typically be held on the Sunday following Mother’s Day.

The Board of Directors of Over the Hill Basketball, Inc. consists of  Myles Brown, John Doerr, Mike Holownia, Lenny Kesten, Rick Killigrew, Mike Montalbano, and Lonnie Powell.
